We're kicking off our final 50th anniversary celebration in Motown style! Not
only will we be announcing the winner of our fully-restored 1959 Corvette,
but we're also marking Motown's 50th with the sweet sounds and classic
hits of three legends:
- The Original Vandellas
- The Miracles
- The Contours with Joe Billingslea
Each act will perform two signature songs, with Dick Purtan of 104.3 WOMC lending his personality to the evening as our Master of Ceremonies.
Plus, we'll show you how sweet it is to turn 50—with a Corvette-shaped birthday cake and refreshments to keep your motor running all night long.
So come show off your smooth moves and rock the night away! And remember, it's for a great cause: 100% of ticket sales will be donated to Gleaners Community Food Bank in Detroit, and guests are invited to bring nonperishable food donations to the concert, as well.
