We want you to be happy. If you aren't, please contact us within 7 days at 1-888 4ART-VAN to arrange a return, exchange or reselection on qualifying merchandise. Returns of regularly-stocked merchandise within 7 days of receipt are eligible to receive a merchandise refund, less a 15% return fee and return delivery fee. A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment.
