    • We want you to be happy. If you aren't, please contact us at (888) 427-8826 to arrange a return, exchange or reselection on qualifying merchandise as stated below.

      A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Exchanges of greater value require payment of the difference. Refunds, exchanges and reselections are issued once the item is received and inspected. Guests are responsible to pay the difference for reselection.

      Delivery fees are non-refundable. The costs of return shipping and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

      Sorry, we cannot return, exchange or refund Outlet merchandise, linens, mattress toppers, mattress protectors and encasements, pillows, comforters, adjustable bed bases and foundations, as-is products, floor samples, soiled or misused merchandise, items used commercially, open Clean Team products or Protection Plans, promotional product and gifts with purchase, and items delivered by non-Art Van provided carriers. Mattresses and foundations cannot be returned for a refund.

      We ship our factory direct merchandise to your home for free. If you wish to return any eligible furniture item for a reason other than delivery damage or defect, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return or exchange, (888) 427-8826.

  • Custom Order Furniture Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges
    • Please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return or exchange of custom order merchandise, (888) 427-8826. Because custom order merchandise is designed to your specific requirements, a 25% deposit is required at the time of purchase.

      • Custom order cancellations within 72 hours of purchase: No charges will apply.
      • Custom order cancellations after 72 hours are subject to loss of the 25% deposit.
      • Custom orders may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt if the merchandise is returned in new condition. A 25% return fee and a return delivery fee will be charged.s
  • Mattress Exchanges
    • If you purchase a new sleep set, min. $499, along with mattress protector and our Bedding Comfort Protection Program, you qualify for a one-time mattress reselection. If after a minimum of 30 days you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, you have up to the 60th day from the original delivery date to make a one-time reselection. Failure to use the mattress protector as instructed voids the Comfort Protection.

      • Any difference in price must be paid. If you select merchandise of lesser price, you will receive a merchandise credit for the difference.
      • Reselections before the 30-day period are charged an additional 15% early exchange fee, plus a delivery fee.

      Custom order bedding does not qualify for the Bedding Comfort Protection. Exchanges of foundations due to height will be charge both a 15% return fee and a delivery fee. After 7 days, we cannot accept foundation exchanges due to height. Mattress/foundation delivery damage or manufacturer defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a no-fee inspected and authorized exchange.

  • Layaway
    • Our stores offer layaway as an easy way to buy. Our non-Outlet, regularly-stocked items may be reserved and delivery delayed for up to 60 days. Payment must be made every 14 days to keep the order in good standing or it may result in cancellation of the order.

      • Layaway merchandise is not physically held. Orders may be canceled if the manufacturer discontinues the item(s).
      • Online purchases cannot be put on layaway.

      You can receive a refund of the merchandise total in your original payment method within 30 days of delivery— all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note: With this option, you will be responsible for paying a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns will only be accepted for the entire amount originally purchased. Partial quantities are not eligible for return.

      Instructions for return an Item or Order:
      Please contact Art Van customer service at (888)-427-8826 and speak to one of our qualified customer service agents. An Art Van customer service representative will guide you through the process. The shipment will need to be returned in its original packaging or re-wrapped and packaged in a similar manner to the original shipment. You will be required to be able to print a return label in order to facilitate a return. A 15% deduction will be assessed and once the material has been picked up a refund for the balance will be issued.

      What if I Receive the Wrong Item?
      Please contact Art Van customer service at (888)-427-8826 and speak to one of our qualified customer service agents. Art Van will arrange for either a return and replacement with the correct item/product OR at the customers discretion a return to the vendor and a full refund once the item/product has been picked up by a shipping vendor.

      What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
      We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item does arrive damaged please notify us within 10 days to arrange a remedy. In most cases a replacement of the item/product equal to the damaged amount will be reordered and shipped free of charge to you the customer.

      Ceramic Tile
      Ceramic tile by its very nature is a fragile product (can chip or break easily until it is installed) and it is not unusual to have a few pieces chipped or broken within a carton These pieces can still be used for cut pieces during installation and If the damage is minor it can have little or no impact on a completed installation. If you do find several broken or cracked pieces in your delivery please feel free to call or customer service to arrange a solution.
